Construction Superintendent

David Chupac is a licensed and insured builder in the State of Michigan with over 20 years of residential construction experience.  David also carries a background in commercial and industrial construction.   His years of experience on the job will assist you in any individual or unique needs.  David will be personally be on your job site. His personal goal is in customer satisfaction.

Sales Manager

Peggy Finnigan, our sales, manager is a licensed real estate agent with over 15 year’s of real estate experience.  She has the experience of over 200 closed real estate transactions.  This knowledge provides our company and you with the knowledge and experience necessary to complete your project as smoothly and easily as possible.  With this experience she has to provide, she will assist you with finding the lot to build your new home, if you do not currently have a lot in mind.  She can also direct you to find the best financing available to suit your individual needs.

She can also provide to you her service in selling your current home, if that assistant is needed.  With this she can coordinate the sale of your current home with the closing of your new home.  This is done so that the moving processing from current home to new home will be with little or no stress to you.

Her real estate experience with her knowledge of our new homes provides you with the best service available to you, the New Home Owner.

What can Advanced Home Building Systems do for you? 

1.)  Want a complete turn-key job? 

We can do the whole job.  We can customize the interior and exterior to fix your personal needs.  Even landscaping if desired.

2.)  Interest in being your own builder, or building the home yourself? 

We can simply provide you with the modular home. Fully warranted and insured to the site. Many of our customers and even contractors chose this option to save money, and simplify there construction project.  Please contact Dave for details (313)550-6644. 

3.)  Interested in only doing some of the work your self? 

If you’re concerned about doing some of the more critical parts yourself, like foundation. We can do any part of the project you are uncomfortable with.  Leaving you with only the items you are fully secure in completing.  This is also a great way to save money.   

4.)  What if being your own builder becomes too much to handle? 

Do not worry! We will not leave you hanging.  If for any reason the project becomes too much for you to handle, we can step in and help you to finish the job. All our contracts can be amended to add work throughout the project.
